St Clair County L.E.A.P (Learn, Educate, Advocate, Protect) is dedicated to improving animal welfare in our community.  We provide resources and educational seminars covering proper animal care.  Our advocacy efforts focus on humane treatment and the protection of animals from abuse and neglect.
